  I am so tired of tmobile!!!! I'm not paying to get my service turned off though.. there is a tall black guy who works at this one, we will call him "Guy" right now.. Guy decided that he was going to tell me that the reason why my phone is not working is because I needed to pay a little extra money to get a better phone and I won't have those problems... (texting doesn't work most of the time, I have to resend twice, sometimes 3 times, picture messaging sucks and I can be holding my phone in my hand and will not have a phone call but end up with a voicemail, not to mention the problems with the very few apps I downloaded) the problems have been going on since I first got the phone.. I am a mother of 3 (I just had twins a year ago) and I can not afford a $1000 phone or anything even close to it, so I got what I could afford.. he then proceeded to tell me that it wasn't the person who sold me the phones fault and that if I paid a little more for a better phone or more storage then I wouldn't have the problems.. smh first of all I explained to the lady when I got the phone EXACTLY what I use it for and how the main thing I needed was storage because I don't want the same problems I had with my last phone.. SHE then suggested this phone because like I said I can't afford something crazy expensive (I paid $250)... I feel he was disrespectful, and rude and unprofessional for NO reason.. if he's so worried about me not having a better phone I am more than willing to accept a S8 for my birthday TOMORROW, Thank You but No Thank You!!
